Who processes your data
The data controllers are Pavel Špička and Alicja Špička, operators of chameleons-code.info ("we"). For any privacy matter, contact us at spicpav@gmail.com.
What we process and why
When you send us a message through the contact form, we store your name, e-mail address, the selected service, the message text, the website language and the time it was sent. We use this data only to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare an offer.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The sender's IP address is kept only in the server's memory for at most one hour to protect against spam. It is not stored in the database.
How long we keep it
Messages from the form are deleted automatically 12 months after they are received. If an inquiry leads to a collaboration, we keep the communication for as long as needed to perform the contract and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. It is processed only by our technical providers: the provider of the server hosting this website and the provider of the mailbox that receives notifications about new messages.
Cookies, browser storage and visitor statistics
The public website uses no cookies and no third-party advertising tools. We only store the chosen website language in your browser's local storage.
We measure traffic with our own simple counter: when a page loads, its address and the site you came from are sent to our server. We keep only daily totals of views per page – no IP address, no cookies and no identifier of any kind, so no individual visitor can be recognised. If your browser has "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" switched on, nothing is sent. The totals are deleted after 2 years.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Just write to spicpav@gmail.com.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz) or the supervisory authority in your country.
